Delivery
I currently deliver within the UK. Please contact me if you would like to purchase some of my artwork and you live outside of the UK. I can deliver to some International destinations and I can then give you a personalised delivery cost. All orders within the UK are delivered via a courier and are tracked.
I am a small business so please allow up to 7 days to receive your lovely artwork! If you need it very quickly please contact me via email and i will do my best to help. You will receive tracking information via email. Please double check your delivery address is correct at checkout :-)
My printed lifestyle products are printed by a 3rd party manufacturer and once the order is submitted it can't be changed as they work quickly!! Please be sure when you press buy :-) The order has to be printed before being shipped so please allow 7-10 days from order within the UK. Often it is a lot quicker than this!
I am able to offer occasional pick up requests for original paintings subject to covid prevalence. I have to be extra careful due to being a carer!
Returns
You have up to 14 days from the receipt of delivery of your original painting for a full refund. Please contact me in writing to advise before returning the item and to see if i can do anything to resolve the problem :-) Please note that the cost of the return of your item will be paid by yourself.
For high value artwork, It may be that I am able to arrange the collection of the artwork at a cheaper price. All artwork is packed lovingly by me and photographed ahead of shipment. If you received a damaged item please take photos immediately and email them to me ! If you decide to return the item please treat it respectfully and ensure it is wrapped and protected and sent back with care so someone else can love it! It is advisable to track your item if it is of high value, It is also advisable that your inspect and photograph ahead of returning.
If the item is a commission or has been personalised then i am sorry i am unable to accept returns. My print products are tailored one off products and printed individually for you and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. If they are faulty or have been damaged in transit please reach out to contact@heatherrachel.co.uk and i will organise a replacement.
Please be careful in submitting your address as i will have to charge to redeliver the product if an incorrect address is submitted or the postcode doesn't link with the street address. Thankyou :-)
